One payment covers 6 months of boxes — our best price per box, saving over 10% compared to monthly. Your subscription auto-renews every 6 months until you cancel. And if a upcoming recipe doesn't suit you, you'll always get a 10-day heads up to skip or swap any box.

Can I choose which recipes I get?
Yes! If there’s an upcoming recipe you’re not a fan of or don’t wish to try, you can simply log into your Bakely customer account and either skip that box or replace it with another Bakely box from our collection.
Can I skip a box if I don’t like the recipe?
Yes. We understand that not every recipe will be your cup of tea — or cake! 🥰
If you’d like to skip a month’s box, you can do so easily from your Bakely customer account. Your subscription will automatically resume with the next month’s creation, so you’ll never miss out on future bakes that excite you.
What about allergies or dietary needs?
Our recipes may include gluten, nuts, dairy, or soy. Each box contains a clear allergen card detailing every ingredient. While we don’t currently offer allergen-free boxes, we’re continuously exploring options to make Bakely accessible to every baker.
How do I store my ingredients?
All ingredients are shelf-stable and best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each box includes specific storage notes and a best-before date to ensure freshness.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us at info@bakely.ch within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away — your happiness is our priority.
Once I receive my Bakely box, what is the latest time I should bake it?
We recommend baking your Bakely box within 4 days of delivery for the best results.
How does billing work for subscriptions?
All Bakely subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected period.
- 1-month subscription: Billed monthly
- 3-month subscription: One upfront payment covering the next 3 months
- 6-month subscription: One upfront payment covering the next 6 months
You’ll receive one box per month, no matter which subscription you choose.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted deliveries. You can pause or cancel anytime before renewal.
What happens if I cancel a subscription early?
You're welcome to cancel anytime from your Bakely customer account. Since your subscription plan is paid upfront, cancelling simply stops your subscription from auto-renewing at the end of your current cycle — you'll still receive any remaining boxes you've already paid for, with no extra charges.
