Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Flexibility is part of the experience — you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard, with no hidden fees or commitments.

Can I choose which recipes I get?

Currently, each month’s recipe is carefully selected by our bakers. However, we might give our customers the option to pick recipes in the future — follow us on Instagram (@bakely.ch) to stay updated!

How do I store my ingredients?

All ingredients are shelf-stable and best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each box includes specific storage notes and a best-before date to ensure freshness.

Can I skip a box if I don’t like the recipe?


Yes. We understand that not every recipe will be your cup of tea — or cake! 🥰
If you’d like to skip a month’s box, you can do so easily from your Bakely customer account. Your subscription will automatically resume with the next month’s creation, so you’ll never miss out on future bakes that excite you.

What about allergies or dietary needs?

Our recipes may include gluten, nuts, dairy, or soy. Each box contains a clear allergen card detailing every ingredient. While we don’t currently offer allergen-free boxes, we’re continuously exploring options to make Bakely accessible to every baker.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us at info@bakely.ch within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it right away — your happiness is our priority.
